Shipping Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

We know that when you place an order, you want it fast and you want it right. Here is exactly how shipping works at PeptidePlugs.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During restocks or high volume sale events, processing may take slightly longer, and we will keep you updated if that happens.

Shipping Methods and Rates

• We ship via UPS with full tracking on every order.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.
• Orders of $200 or more qualify for free shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system after you receive it.

Shipping Areas

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally under any circumstances. Orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package arrives with items broken or damaged, reach out to us. We stand behind every order and will work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement shipment or store credit. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Storage Upon Arrival

Our products are shipped in stable lyophilized form. Upon arrival, store products according to the guidance on the product label and COA documentation to maintain integrity for research purposes.
