Two-Peptide Metabolic Blend · Selective Amylin Layer · 4:1

GLP-3 + Eloralintide. The triple agonist, paired with the selective amylin agonist.

A custom pre-mixed blend of 10mg GLP-3 and 2.5mg eloralintide in a single 12.5mg vial. Eloralintide is the newest generation of amylin research compound, engineered for selectivity at the amylin receptors themselves. Held at a deliberate 4:1 ratio and brought to market first by the team that has made ratio-correct custom blends its signature. Custom blended, only from PeptidePlugs.

Selective by Design
Eloralintide targets the amylin receptors with engineered selectivity, a cleaner amylin signal than earlier dual-receptor analogs.
The Ratio Is the Formula
10mg GLP-3 to 2.5mg eloralintide. The amylin layer stays in its studied low-milligram range instead of scaling blindly with the lead.
Custom Blended
Lyophilized, third-party HPLC tested, blended exclusively for PeptidePlugs. Not FDA approved. COA on this page.
WHAT'S IN THE BLEND

One triple agonist. One selective amylin agonist. One vial.

Lead
10mg
GLP-3
Triple receptor agonist targeting GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors. The most advanced compound in the incretin research class, studied for metabolic signaling, energy expenditure, and body composition models. Not FDA approved.
+ Eloralintide
2.5mg
Eloralintide
Long-acting selective amylin receptor agonist. Engineered to favor the amylin receptors over the calcitonin receptor, and studied for satiety signaling, food intake, and body composition research. Not FDA approved.
12.5MG VIAL: 10 + 2.5 · RATIO 4:1

GLP-3 leads the blend as the primary metabolic driver, the triple agonist the current generation of incretin research is built around. Eloralintide rides alongside it as a second, independent suppression pathway through the amylin system, and it brings something the older amylin analogs do not: receptor selectivity. The 4:1 split keeps GLP-3 at its forward research amount while holding eloralintide at the low-milligram levels its own literature is actually built on.

What Each Compound Brings

GLP-3 is a single-molecule triple agonist engineered to activate three metabolic receptors at once: GLP-1, GIP, and the glucagon receptor. Where earlier compounds in the class work through one or two incretin pathways, GLP-3 adds glucagon receptor activity, which is associated in the research with increased energy expenditure on top of the intake-side signaling of GLP-1 and GIP. It has become the flagship compound of current metabolic peptide research and is the lead half of this blend by both role and amount. It is not FDA approved.

Eloralintide is a long-acting amylin receptor agonist, and its defining feature is selectivity. Native amylin is the pancreatic hormone co-secreted with insulin, and earlier long-acting analogs built on it activate the calcitonin receptor nearly as strongly as the amylin receptors themselves. Eloralintide was engineered the other way: it preferentially activates the amylin receptors while maintaining selectivity against the calcitonin receptor. Preclinical research associates that cleaner amylin targeting with reduced food intake and body weight effects driven primarily by fat mass, and it is the reason eloralintide is treated as the next step in the amylin class. Its research base sits in the low single-digit milligram range, which is exactly where this blend keeps it. It is not FDA approved.

TWO AXES, ONE VIAL
GLP-3→ GLP-1 + GIP + glucagon receptor agonism, metabolic signaling, energy expenditure
Eloralintide→ Selective amylin receptor agonism, satiety signaling, food intake, appetite pathways

One compound drives the incretin axis, one adds a selective amylin axis. Two independent suppression systems from a single formulation.

What's in the Vial

One lyophilized 12.5mg vial containing 10mg GLP-3 and 2.5mg eloralintide, pre-blended at a 4:1 ratio. Tested for purity by third-party HPLC analysis, with the COA available on this product page.

Why Researchers Use This Blend
  • First-to-market GLP-3 + eloralintide formulation
  • Designed by the leader in ratio-correct custom blends
  • Pairs the flagship triple agonist with the newest selective amylin agonist
  • Two independent suppression pathways: incretin axis plus amylin axis
  • Eloralintide's engineered selectivity favors amylin receptors over the calcitonin receptor
  • 4:1 split holds eloralintide inside its studied low-milligram range
  • Pre-mixed eliminates the two-vial, two-draw step
  • Custom blended exclusively for PeptidePlugs
  • Not FDA approved. For research use only

Why Eloralintide

The amylin class has moved. The first generation of long-acting amylin analogs proved the pathway matters, but those compounds carry meaningful activity at the calcitonin receptor alongside the amylin receptors, so the amylin signal comes packaged with off-target signaling. Eloralintide was built to separate the two. It is engineered to activate the amylin receptors with selectivity over the calcitonin receptor, giving researchers a more precise tool for isolating amylin pathway effects. Pairing that selective amylin layer with GLP-3's triple incretin agonism puts the most advanced compound from each class into one vial, and you will only find this formulation at PeptidePlugs.

The PeptidePlugs Blend Standard

Custom blends are what we are known for. While most of the market resells the same stock formulations, PeptidePlugs designs its own, and every one of them starts from the same question: what does the research on each compound actually support? That discipline produced our ratio-correct GLP-3 + Cagrilintide blend, the KLOW Pro recovery formulation, and now this pairing. GLP-3 + Eloralintide is a first-to-market formulation. Eloralintide is the newest compound in the amylin class, and we are the first to pair it with GLP-3 in a pre-mixed, ratio-correct vial. When the amylin class moved forward, so did we.

Why This Ratio

The same ratio discipline that defines our GLP-3 + Cagrilintide blend applies here. The common mistake in market blends is scaling the amylin compound milligram for milligram alongside the lead peptide, which balloons it far past anything its own literature supports. This blend is built compound by compound instead. GLP-3 sits at 10mg, the forward end of its research range, while eloralintide is held at 2.5mg, squarely inside the low single-digit range where the amylin agonist is actually characterized. The result is a 4:1 ratio in which eloralintide does its job as a second suppression layer without being inflated into a co-lead it was never studied to be.

Research Context

GLP-3 is among the most closely watched compounds in metabolic research, with a rapidly growing body of literature on triple receptor agonism. Eloralintide is newer still, and interest in selective amylin receptor agonism is expanding quickly, both as a standalone research direction and in combination with incretin-class compounds. Neither compound is FDA approved, and no published data exists on this specific two-peptide formulation at this ratio. Researchers using this blend are working ahead of the formal evidence base on the combination itself, even though each individual peptide carries an active and growing literature.

Stacking Notes

This blend is designed to be a complete two-axis suppression stack on its own, which is the reason for the pre-mixed format. Researchers extending their metabolic work sometimes run it alongside compounds from other categories entirely, such as repair or GH-axis peptides, rather than adding further incretin-class material. No published data exists on this blend combined with other compounds.
